All jobs are quoted prior to booking so you know you have a fixed rate. We do not charge by the hour.

Private Bond cleans require a 50% deposit on booking, the job will not be confirmed without this. The balance will be payable on the same day of the job being completed. Agency bookings please get in touch with me for terms.

Bond cleans have a callback guarantee of 3 business days, this is strict, and we will ensure your property manager is aware of this, they can also contact us directly for any callbacks to make this process quick and easy.

Please allow for a 2-day turnaround for your bond clean, this allows us to have any necessary trades booked that may be needed, and to work around each other. It is recommended to book us with ample time, so you aren’t stuck at the last minute.

Afterpay is also available, as well as credit card and bank t/fer.

Meth Testing and Decontamination

This is a specialised field, and we are NIOSH9111 trained. Covering Meth Testing services across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie to Maryborough Region.
